By downloading or using RetireWise ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is an educational planning tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections are hypothetical illustrations based on the assumptions you enter and standard financial models (the 5-year bucket strategy, nominal return estimates, and inflation adjustments). Actual future returns, inflation, and life circumstances will differ.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any retirement planning decisions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on projections generated by the App.

All content, design, and source code in the App are the property of the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
